Rachael Putney

Rachael Putney is a natural storyteller. Her love for reading and writing led to her pursuit of a degree in English education from the University of South Florida and a 15 year career as a public school teacher.

Rachael Putney is a Franklin, Tennessee real estate broker and advisor with Corcoran Reverie and co-founder of The Lovely Franklin Team, serving clients throughout Franklin, Williamson County, Brentwood and Greater Nashville.

With more than seven years of real estate experience and more than 80 closed transactions, Rachael brings strong transaction knowledge, negotiation experience and a detail-focused approach to every client relationship. As a Tennessee-licensed broker, she has developed particular strength in contracts, compliance, transaction management and helping clients navigate the practical decisions that arise throughout a purchase or sale.

Rachael works with buyers, sellers and relocating clients throughout Franklin and Williamson County, with experience across residential, premium and distinctive properties. She is particularly well positioned to assist clients relocating to Middle Tennessee who need both market guidance and a clear understanding of the buying process, neighborhoods and considerations that vary throughout the region.

As part of The Lovely Franklin Team with Buffie Baril, Rachael complements Buffie’s strengths in local storytelling, staging and property marketing with a strong command of negotiation, contracts and transaction strategy. Together, they offer clients both the creative and technical sides of real estate representation, backed by the reach and resources of Corcoran Reverie.

Currently, she is pursuing another passion; her love of historic houses and her desire to know more about the people that once made these dwellings their home.  

Rachael lives in downtown historic Franklin with her son, James.
